It's time to kick start your training in sunny Palm Springs with Counterpart Coaching and TriKona Fitness. This camp is perfect timing for anyone doing an early season 70.3 or simply wants to jump start their training. Get ready to boost your base fitness and race potential with a solid 10 days of warm-weather training away from the rain and clouds and distractions of everyday life.

Counterpart Coaching and TriKona Fitness have designed a camp specifically built around big cycling miles and a healthy amount of swimming and running. This all-inclusive camp includes nine nights of lodging and all meals.

This camp will include over 40 hours of training including epic mountain rides and trail runs. The ability to ride and run long early in the season, in our dry, sunny climate is guaranteed to make this is the perfect training camp for all those training for an Ironman or other early season 70.3 races like Ralphs.

Our camps are based out of Palm Springs with the airport, hotel, CpC House and the pool within minutes of one another. Also within minutes is historic downtown Palm Springs with it's restaurants, bars and shopping.

Your Registration Includes

  • Lodging Downtown Palm Springs. The Hilton Palm Springs hotel in Palm Springs California is a Southern California desert retreat situated downtown in the desirable Village of Palm Springs at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, just over a mile from the Palm Springs International Airport. Our Palm Springs hotel's location puts you within walking distance to the Palm Springs Convention Center and Spa Casino with chic shops and boutiques, art galleries, sidewalk cafés, museums, nightclubs and theatres. Double occupancy is included. Single rooms are available for additional charge.
  • Meals. Our famous huge feedings. Great meals at Hilton's Terrace, the Spa Resort Casino Buffet and local restaurants in downtown Palm Springs
  • Training Support. All training support including food and drinks on rides and runs. Tubes, C02’s. Pool and park fees.
  • Training Nutrition. All on the road and recovery nutrition. Tons of Hammer Nutrition will be available to use and sample.

Cost and Registration Detail:

  • $1,400 per person
  • A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due at time of registration. Balance is due 30 days prior to the camp.
