Honu Counterpart Training Camp May 24-June 1
Featuring World Champion Triathlete Chris McCormack
Get a taste of Kona and join World Champion Triathlete Chris McCormack as he teams up with Coach Mitch Gold and Counterpart Coaching for a week of Taper Interrupted style training and racing leading up to the Honu Ironman 70.3 Hawaii on May 31, 2008. Great for anyone that wants to spend some time on the Hawaii Ironman course!
This camp includes everything but race entry for nine days/eight nights. This is also perfect for anyone doing IMCDA or another full or half Ironman early in the season as well as a great chance to train in Hawaii.
Most of the training will take place on both the Ironman Hawaii and Honu 70.3 race courses, but we'll also venture off onto some of the roads and bigger climbs that you won't find on the race course. There will be plenty of open water swimming and 25 yd swim sessions in the Kona pool.

"Saturday morning we rolled down Alii to the hot corner and hopped on the IM course. There’s no place like Kona to motivate the training."
