Kona Camp

September 12-21

Join Counterpart Coaching athletes for the 9th annual Kona Training Camp. This camp is perfect for anyone doing Ironman Hawaii, Florida or Ironman Western Australia. Coach Mitch Gold and Counterpart Camps have designed a 10-day, all-inclusive training schedule to cap all of your hard IM training. Surround yourself with other IM athletes for some of the last big workouts and push through any end of season training and mental fatigue you might have.

The Kona camp will boost your race potential with a solid 10 days of warm-weather training away from the distractions of everyday life. Based in Yucca Valley and Palm Springs, California, the training will include classic IM swim/bike/run days in over 40 hours of Ironman-specific training including epic mountain rides and trail runs in the scenic Joshua Tree National Park. We'll finish off the camp with a day trip to Encinitas for the famous Swamis ride and rub elbows with the likes of Norman Stadler and Kate Major.
