I've been out of the water for some time so I'm going to take about 2-3 weeks and focus on consistency. Once I start feeling better in the water I'll build my volume before starting some harder workouts. The focus for me now is technique and relaxing. No pushing!

main set: 5x 200 w/ 15 sec rest.
pull set: 4x 300 w/ 20 sec rest (breathe every 5th on middle 100). |
