Taper
Interrupted

This
might seem as crazy as Susanna off her medication, but it might
be exactly what your racing needs. Have you ever finished
a big block of training and felt stronger than ever? Ever feel
sluggish and tired at one of your most important races of the
season? Maybe it’s not your training. Maybe you’re just sending
the wrong message to your body. There's been a lot of discussion
