MITCH
GOLD
As
Mitch takes CpC into its second season of professional coaching, he's adding
more coaching staff, training camps and upgrading the site to provide more
resources
for athletes.
Mitch continues to work on his IM performance with a recent PR of a 3:12 IM marathon
at IMB. Mitch is a two-time Hawaii Ironman Armed Forces Champion and has a personal
best of 4:07 for the 1/2 IM and 9:33 for IM.
Mitch has been named a triathlon All-American by both Inside Triathlon magazine
and USA Triathlon.
Many of Mitch's athletes PR'd in 2005 and as a result have decided to continue
working with Mitch for a second season; a testament to his coaching.
"...your
enthusiasm for IM really came through and helped charge
me up for the key workouts. I think that if an athlete
feels that
their coach has faith in the their ability to do well that
can be a very positive force. I got that sense from our
discussions."

"Thanks
for being my coach, you are definitely the guy to help
me achieve my goals as a triathlete." -Joe
